What should we wear?
Dress is casual. Come comfortable. For the Dr. Schmuck's Final Wash, if guests want to, they may come in their pjs and slippers - Dr. Schmuck would have wanted us all to be comfortable. If you bring your meds, you must be sure not to share them with anyone else!! We have had people come dressed in their scrubs, their pjs, robe and slippers, hair in rollers and clutching their favorite source of comfort, such as their teddy bear, blanket or dolly.

For Murder at Mardi Gras,  people may come dressed in anything they would wear to a Mardi Gras ball, a costume ball, if you parade, you may wear what you wore on the float or you may just come dressed casual.  We have had folks in blue jeans next to folks all dressed up for the ball.   We just want you to be comfortable and have a good time.

For Murder at the Midnight Hour, you may (if you want to) dress up as a hippie in the 60's or anything that meets your fancy since this takes place in 1969.

Murder on the Casting Couch takes place in 1927, so if you want to come as a flapper or dapper, feel free to join in on the fun.  If not, as always, just come comfortable.

Do we have to act also?
No, but you are welcome to interact with the characters who will seated amongst you.

What should we expect?
A great time! Upon arrival at the museum, you will be shown to the den where you may visit with your friends and enjoy some wine. When everyone has arrived, you will receive a tour of the museum and be brought back to the den where you will have a seat while the characters come in and introduce themselves. Once the characters are introduced and dinner has begun, the mystery starts to unfold. The play is held during the meal. A ballot will be given to everyone and you will vote on who you think is the murderer at the end of the play. Once everyone has completed their ballot, the characters reveal where they were during the murder and if they were indeed the one who committed the terrible crime. After the characters have revealed the murderer, a drawing will be held to see who wins the prize for the best detective in the house. After the drawing, the characters are introduced to everyone and then pictures are taken. You can expect to spend approximately three hours at the museum.
